This one is for all of the teenage girls! So listen up girls! This is a time in your life where so many things are going on. Boys, bodies changing, friends, big decisions about your futures, it can get a little overwhelming. We all want to be a part of something, to be included, and be liked, but problems arise when we start to change who we are and what we value for the approval of others. When we base our happiness on our "status" or "kiss counts" we can end up unhappy and empty. Today we're going to talk about being a "sleeper." The one who is secretly awesome, and what sleepers are thinking. We discuss 3 beliefs sleepers have:
1. They are a part of something bigger than themselves.
2. They think about their futures.
3. They see others as sleepers too.
