Lifting the Lifters

Mar 3, 2023

Rosalynn Carter, board president of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving, once said, “There are only four kinds of people in this world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.” We are all in this boat! As we all strive to love and care for our families and those we are stewards over, we need to pay some attention to ourselves! This month we are going to discuss our physical health and address some topics to help us better care for our bodies so we can better care for others! This week we discuss "Behavior recorded is behavior changed!" It only takes a little bit of awareness to make some simple changes. By recording in some small way, we can see our daily habits as an analyst, and see how those habits affect our moods, our behaviors, and our actions. Join in this week as we talk about recording our food, movement, sleep/rest, and water! You may just be surprised!
